Soil type: Limestone

Aged for 13 months in 400 litre oak barrels. Bottled in September. This wine has a very deep colour with concentrated aromas of small black fruits, cocoa and spices. On the palate it is elegant, fresh and smooth. This is a big wine with great depth and character. Potential to age 10 years.

Advisable to decant one to two hours before serving at 17°.

Best with white meat in sauce, red meat and game.
